The Imus Sports Center played host to the culminating event of Skills Fest and Community Service Week on July 11, 2025. The event showcased the actual learnings of students from various sectors. The event was graced by 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐦𝐮𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 as the guest of honor. 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐎, delivered the opening remarks, highlighting the importance of skills development and community service. The event aimed to promote the skills and talents of students from different sectors, while also emphasizing the value of community service and social responsibility. By showcasing their learnings and projects, the students demonstrated their capabilities and potential to contribute to the growth and development of their communities.

The City College of Imus 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤, scheduled from 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 7 𝐭𝐨 11, 2025, is a vibrant celebration of talent and community spirit in Imus City. The week-long event kicked off with a Flag Ceremony at the Old City Hall, led by Sir Bong Ramos and other department heads, faculties, and students from various courses, including those from the Imus City Chamber of Commerce. This ceremony was followed by a parade around Imus Town, showcasing the students’ enthusiasm and community engagement. This event not only celebrates the students’ talents but also promotes community service and social responsibility. It’s an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and develop essential skills that will benefit them in their future careers.
